A. About Management Classes
1. Definition of Classroom Management
According to Winarno Haniseno manage means an action that starts from the preparation of the data plan, organize, implement up to scrutiny and assessment. Management further explained that produces something and something that can be a source of further refinement and improvement of management.
While the general class of a group of students at the same time receive the same lessons from the same teacher. Some of the figures identified classroom management as follows:
a. According Suharsimi Arikunto
Provide an understanding of classroom management as the work done by the person in charge of teaching and learning activities or who assist with the intention to achieve optimal conditions so that learning can be implemented as expected.
b. According to Nawawi
Classroom management is the ability of a teacher or homeroom class in utilizing the potential for the provision of the widest possible opportunity asetiap personal pad to do creative activities and targeted so that the time and funds available can be used efficiently to perform activities related to classroom curriculum and student progress.
Based on the concepts above, classroom management is an effort made by those responsible for teaching and learning activities or who assist with the intent to achieve optimal conditions of learning activities that can be implemented as expected.
c. According to Made Pidarta cited Djamaroh Syaiful Bahri said that classroom management is the selection and use of appropriate tools to this class of problems and situations means that the teacher in charge of creating, repairing and maintaining the system / organization of the classroom so students can take advantage of the ability, talent and energy on individual tasks.
d. According Mulyani A. Nurhadi that classroom management is an attempt to manage the students in the class are being made to create and maintain a classroom atmosphere that supports the teaching program by creating and maintaining students' motivation to always be involved and participate in the educational process at the school.

Based on the above understanding the teacher in charge of creating, repairing and maintaining classroom organization so that individual students can take advantage of his ability, his talent and energy-pad atugas individual tasks.
2. About Target Management Class
Based on the above understanding of classroom management, classroom management, the targets can be distinguished:
a. Physical Management
Classroom management is concerned with the physical nature ketatalaksanaaan or classroom setting which is bounded by the walls of the room where students come together to learn everything that is given by a teacher to learn the common expectations that can take place effectively and efficiently.
