a. Management Students
Management students are students in the classroom setting by teachers so that each student receives services in accordance with needs. in the creation of an atmosphere / environment of learning, teachers must also see to it that every student gets maximal service according to their needs.
1) In a study of students perform a variety of learning activities. Student learning activities tailored to the interests and needs of the students themselves.
In serving active learning activities, student grouping has its own meaning. If the grouping is distinguished from the simple to the complex, the grouping of students can be divided into three types:
1) Grouping According Fun herd
In this grouping class is divided into groups (the number depends on the size of the class group) on the basis of friendship / pleasure mingle among them. groups of 4-6 people or more who think they are close friends.
2) According to Ability Grouping
The fact is that there are students who are good, moderate and slow in learning something. To facilitate service teacher grouped the students into groups of intelligent, moderate / medium and slow. This grouping as amended in accordance with the individual's ability to learn the subject.
3) Grouping According Interests
In a class there are students who love to write, while others delighted in mathematics, social sciences and natural sciences. The students who did the same learning activities are grouped, in a situation like this the teacher needs to continually observe each student to move from one activity to another.
2. Purpose Classroom Management
As a manager class or homeroom teacher required to manage the class as a learning environment of students, as well as part of a school environment that need to be organized. Because the main task of the teacher is to create an atmosphere in the classroom teaching and learning interactions that occur well and truly. Therefore, the homeroom teacher and are required to have an innovative capability in managing the class.
Management classes have general and specific objectives. Like the opinion of Uzer Usman in his book Becoming a Professional Teacher states that: "In general, the goal is to provide classroom management and use of facilities for a variety of teaching and learning in order to achieve good results". Being specifically aim is to develop students' skills in using the tools of learning, providing the conditions that allow students to work and learn as well as helping students to obtain the expected results.
Meanwhile, according to the objectives Sudirman classroom management in general is:
Provision of facilities for a variety of student learning activities in a social environment, emotional and intellectual class. Facilities are provided that enable students to learn and work. The creation of a social atmosphere that gives satisfaction, disciplined atmosphere, intellectual development, emosiaonal and appreciation of the students' attitudes.

Meanwhile Suharsimi Arikunto through simple editorial states that the objectives of classroom management is "so that every child in the class can work in an orderly manner so as soon achieved the goal of teaching effectively and efficiently".
Hasibuan describes the use of classroom management skills mempun yai several purposes, among others:
1. Encourage students to develop individual responsibility towards his behavior
2. Helping students to understand the behavior according to the class rules, and understand that the teacher is an improvement and not anger
3. Creates a feeling obliged to engage in tasks and behave in accordance with the class activities.

Based on the description of the figures above it can be concluded that it is the goal of the class is to provide facilities management class so that students can develop the skills and be involved in the learning process so as to create an effective and efficient ang atmosphere in the classroom.
3. Classroom Management Procedures
Classroom management procedures are the steps to be taken to conduct classroom management as well as possible. Judging from the nature of classroom management to distinguish between preventive and curative, the procedures to be adopted should also be different.
